Fighting Isaac Newton One Apple at a Time
I am a middle-aged man who sits at work on a computer. Some people are a bit chubby. Others have a little extra weight. I am fat. This site will log my successes and failures dealing with that. It will hopefully cover success after success, but let's be realistic; the road to losing weight is bit more bumpy than that.
I have tried diet plans and calorie counting. None of them worked permanently. I must permanently make adjustments to what I eat, how much I eat, and how often I eat. I will keep track of changes to my diet here.
My last gym class was 20 years ago. Work out plan? Does walking to the fridge count? I will discuss lifting weights regularly. Working out might make up only 5% of losing weight, but I need every percentage I can get!
Diet drugs? I have been on one back in my youth. It was not a huge help and I maybe lost 10 extra pounds. Went off the medicine and gained it back. I am going to give it another try! This time I am trying the weight loss shot; I will share how that goes.
